Practice

Fazio | Micheletti LLP specializes in complex civil litigation involving a wide array of substantive issues in massive class actions involving defective products and services to shareholder derivative suits and high-stakes individual cases.

The firm's principals, Jeffrey Fazio and Dina Micheletti, began the practice of law defending corporate and other business entities against mass tort claims, strict products liability, breaches of state and federal securities laws, and civil rights violations. Since 1995, however, we have represented individuals, public-interest groups, and business entities as plaintiffs seeking relief for injuries suffered as a result of fraud, breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, self-dealing, violations of consumer-protection laws, and unfair business practices.

We represent our clients at trial and on appeal in both state and federal courts. More often than not, those cases involve high stakes and frequently make news locally, nationally, and sometimes globally. In short, we have extensive experience with complex civil litigation in a broad array of commercial litigation contexts. The results the firm has achieved speak for themselves.

The firm's experience also extends beyond the courtroom. For example, we have participated in proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies; testimony before the California Senate and the United States Senate; and assistance with investigations by federal Inspectors General.

No matter what or where the forum, we use creativity and imagination to provide our clients with truly effective advocacy and successful results while keeping our integrity firmly intact.
