Jeffrey Fazio began the practice of defending manufacturers, insurance companies, hospitals, property owners, and state and municipal government entities in products liability, securities fraud, unfair business practice, and civil rights cases. Since 1996, he has represented consumers, investors, business partners, and companies as plaintiffs in class actions, shareholder-derivative suits, and individual cases.
Having faced tremendous odds against many of the largest, most powerful companies in the world and the large law firms that represent them, Mr. Fazio has used creativity, rigorous analysis, and a willingness to challenge convention to obtain exceptional results for his clients.
