Current Investigations

Fazio | Micheletti LLP knows how to prosecute complex cases. But we need prospective clients to provide as much information as possible to enable us to assess the situation and determine whether there are valid claims and whether we can obtain a real remedy -- which can range from an injunction (by which a court usually puts a stop to something) or a restitution order to an award of damages that will compensate for the harm done and punish the wrongdoer who caused them.

Like the consultations we provide when deciding whether to accept a case, we conduct our investigations without charging prospective clients a penny unless we ultimately achieve the objectives for which our services have been retained. Put differently, we don't get paid unless we win.
